The standing model is a replica of the US M151A1 transport vehicle Vietnam. The M151A1 was a variant of the M151, a military utility vehicle that was used by the US Army and the Marine Corps from 1959 to the early 1990s. The M151A1 was first released to the troops in 1964 and, compared to the original, had modified the rear suspension and received indicators on the front fender. Some variants of the M151A1 were equipped with a 106 mm rifle, others were even converted into an ambulance.
