One of the novelty highlights of 2017 is certainly the new NOCH rock casting system. It consists of six different rock molds in the format 24 x 12 cm. The new NOCH PROFI casting compound was developed especially for this purpose. As if by magic, you can create deceptively real individual rocks, rock faces and rock formations. Regardless of whether a mountain massif is to be built or a railway embankment is to be modeled with individual rocks, the NOCH rock casting system offers the perfect solution: The PROFI casting compound can be used to reproduce rocks in almost unlimited quantities. This means that cast rocks are very inexpensive and are particularly suitable for creating large areas of rock and stone.

The molds have a special inner coating that makes it easier to remove the rocks after they have hardened. The packaging of the casting molds is also designed in such a way that it also serves as a stable casting frame. This frame is placed under the rock mold for stabilization. Then you can just pour it with PROFI casting compound.

The special NOCH PROFI casting compound can be easily mixed with water in a ratio of 1: 3, filled into rock molds without bubbles and offers a high degree of stability. It hardens white and is therefore the ideal base material for self-cast rocks, which is then colored with NOCH natural colors.

1000 g PROFI casting compound result in approx. 800 ml pourable compound. In the following table you can see the filling volume of the respective rock casting molds and you can therefore work out how much NOCH PROFI casting compound you need:
